Zach Robins, LMFT, ADHD-CCSP

I’m a licensed therapist with 10 years of experience working with teens, adults and couples. Before private practice, I worked in school and court settings and spent several years focused on addiction, ADHD, trauma, and relationship concerns. I’m based in Orange County and provide virtual therapy throughout California.
My own experience with recovery played an important role in becoming a therapist. Through recovery, I saw how much the right support could help someone make meaningful changes over time. That experience continues to shape the way I work: with respect for how difficult change can be, while still believing that progress requires action, practice, and personal responsibility.
Clients often find me direct, candid, and engaged. I don’t believe therapy should feel like talking into a void. I will ask questions, share what I notice, help identify patterns, and work with you to turn insight into something you can actually use in your life. My goal is to create a space that feels safe and respectful without avoiding the conversations that may be necessary for growth.
I have advanced training in Gestalt therapy, EMDR, trauma, ADHD therapy & assessment, and couples work. I especially enjoy working with ADHD, including ADHD within relationships, because it can affect nearly every area of life while also bringing creativity, intensity, and passion. Outside of work, I enjoy riding my motorcycle and performing comedy improv.
