Assessment Options
Consultation $250
Meet for an individual consultation to discuss your concerns, review relevant previous evaluations, and determine whether additional assessment may be helpful. This consultation does not include new testing or provide a diagnosis.
If you begin a comprehensive assessment within 30 days, the $250 consultation fee will be applied toward the total assessment cost.
Focused Executive Function Assessment $600
Designed for individuals who already have a diagnosis and want a deeper understanding of their executive functioning challenges and areas of vulnerability. This assessment includes individualized guidance and recommendations based on the results but does not provide a new diagnosis.
Comprehensive ADHD Assessment $2,000
This comprehensive assessment includes a clinical interview, standardized measures, and a follow-up session to review the findings. You will receive confirmation of diagnosis, when supported by the results, along with a written summary of the assessment findings. This option is intended for personal and treatment-planning purposes and does not provide the documentation needed for educational or workplace accommodations.
*Optional Full Written Report Add-On $800
If you complete the Comprehensive ADHD Assessment without a full written report, you may request the report at the time of assessment or within six months afterward. Additional or updated information may be required.
Comprehensive ADHD Assessment with Full Written Report $2,750
This is the most comprehensive assessment option and includes a clinical interview, standardized measures, and a follow-up session to review the findings. You will receive a comprehensive written report that includes diagnostic findings and individualized recommendations, including recommendations that may support requests for educational or workplace accommodations.
